Dear Sale/Service Team/Manager,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff for the excellent customer service I received on Monday and Tuesday this week. As background, I had a problem with my RAV 4s ECU and called in around 4.30 to Brighton Toyota "Service Department" for some advice.

From my initial contact, with a young man whose name I didn't get who drove my car to identify the problem, to Steve Bideleux, to the very kind gentleman who drove me home, I would like to say a very big thank you!

I was quite upset because this was really a very unexpected expense at Christmas time. The way in which your service team looked after me was quite unexpected and exceptionally kind and professional.

So, thank you to everyone. I hope you are very proud of your team, they really are exceptional!
