Offered the best customer service

First of all, I would like to say that I am a very happy customer of Brighton Toyota, not only because they were true to their words but also they offered the best customer service a new client can ask for. I am well pleased with their service from the ladies in reception, sales consultants, finance department, pre delivery team and even the branch's  ambiance is very relaxing.

Special thanks to Alex Caraballo who assisted me from the time I entered Brighton Toyota to enquire and purchase a car up to the time it was delivered. I went to Brighton Toyota end of July 2017 to ask when is the earliest they can deliver a 2017 C-HR  Koba, Alex was honest to say that it is a 3 month wait (which other branch were promising me that they can deliver it earlier or less than e months just so I can sign an agreement with them), he explained to me everything and didn't want to keep my hopes up that it will be delivered earlier when its not a guarantee. Though, Alex assured me that they will try their best to deliver the car earlier than 30 Oct 2017. I was being informed every fortnight of the car's progress by Brooke from the pre  delivery team. Asahi from finance was very helpful in answering all my queries to help me decide whether to finance the car or not. He was polite and patient in explaining all the the details I needed. On 2 Oct I got a call from Brooke saying the car is ready for pick up on 4 Oct. I was overjoyed as I  didn't anticipate it to  arrive earlier than the expected date of delivery. When my  cousin and I entered the branch to pick up the car and saw how the car was presented to me I felt how Brighton Toyota value their customers.  It was almost closing time but  Alex took time and patiently showed me ALL the car's  features and made sure that I was comfortable to use it. He also attended to setting all safety features and demonstrated it by doing a drive test to make sure I grasped everything as it was overwhelming. He didn't mind working overtime to show and discuss every detail of the car.

I even got a follow up call from Alex 2 days after to check how I was enjoying the car and it's features.

A Big Thanks to Brighton Toyota's Service Department

Hi,

Just wanted to say a big thank you for your great customer care and service.

We had problems with our rear shockers having to be replaced but initially were told would not be covered by our extended warranty. We were very disappointed and not satisfied with this response.

Luckily with the assistance from you Nick we got a great result in the end. You dealt with this problem professionally, quickly and gave us the satisfaction in the end. We have been very happy with our RAV and service from your department.

"I would like to share my recent experience with Toyota Brighton with you.

I called in last Saturday morning, hoping that with your staff's experience I would be advised whether the search for my driving glasses which had disappeared could have possibly lodged under the seat.

A delightful lady Vivienne suggested that I bring my car in. I was attended to by a gentleman, Sarge who kindly looked under the seats in the attempt to recover my lost glasses with my drivers licence inside the glass case.

The end result is that they were lodged under the seat in the framework which I failed to notice and to my utter surprise my concern was over.

"Just want to congratulate Martin in Service Department for being the ONLY ONE who has managed to fix the unrelenting squeek at the rear of my RAV4. After 4 previous attempts by various service technicians, I took Martin for a drive on WED 27 AUG to listen to the squeek, and true to his word he fixed it. Congratulations Martin and I sincerely thank you. Normally I would be half way back to Echuca and the squeek would reappear and even having the radio on would not obscure the noise, but I am absolutely delighted to say that thanks to Martin my RAV has been squeek free for a whole week now and it is wonderful.

"I would just like to thank Poly Polichtuk and the entire Team at Brighton Toyota Used Cars, for their excellent service and help in buying my Mitsubishi Pajero. At 56 years old, it was the first time I had ever purchased a used car and was very apprehensive. I was quite a high maintenance customer but was always met with a cheery helpful answer from the staff. I finally purchased the car a few days ago and it has been great. I am extremely happy with the car and the price. There was one small problem with a chip in the windscreen, and it was immediately replaced free of charge. I dealt with Kevin Benn in used cars and cant praise him enough for his level of professionalism, diligence and genuine interest in making sure I was happy with all aspects of the sale.  Kevin wasn’t pushy and didn’t try the hard sell approach, he listened to my concerns and actioned all remedies immediately. I initially enquired about the car via carsales on my iphone whilst looking at new cars next door, once enquired I realised the car was only next door in your used section where Kevin introduced himself to me, Kevin then organised a test drive and following that we were in negotiations to purchase the car. I wouldn’t usually follow up with an email like this but I also am in a service industry and know the benefits of positive (and negative) feedback on my employees. "Thanks for the email. As you say, I've had the car for about a month and have done around 2,200 km. I am absolutely delighted with it. It's superb to drive, has lots of power when I need it (and I say that after having driven a 4 litre six cylinder Falcon for four years), has fantastic fuel economy (I'm using around 6.3 litres per 100 km on average - in fact I've only bought petrol three times since I took delivery of the car) and the special features on my model are great. My only criticism (and it's only a small one) is that the GPS system should be expanded to include alerts (speed cameras, school zones, etc.). Consequently, I've had to keep using my Tom Tom GPS. I've had the car in for it's 1,000km check and was very impressed with the professional way in which the service centre functions. A rattle had occurred in the car's roof cavity (it turned out that wires had come loose and were flapping about). It was fixed quickly and effectively. I was most pleased. So there you are Peter - a very happy customer. Over my driving life of 50 years I've owned 20 new cars (a wide range of makes and models) and 1 second hand car. I can say with absolute sincerity, this is the best car of them all. I'm so proud of it that I've avoided taking it out in the rain, using my wife's car instead. Terrible, I know. I guess I'll get over it. Thanks again for your guidance in helping me make the right decision."
